Hey cuz, do you that I can't seem to get off my mind is the night that I suprised you when you had came back home and you were in the hospital, when I walked in you had the biggest smile on your faceand crying because you wasn't expecting me!!! We hugged for 5 min had to make you let me go☺and how I fussed because you wanted those hot wings but I went and got them anyways. Girl we laughed and had the best conversation we ever had that night.Tammy you went through a lot and yet every time I saw you, you was always laughing and smiling. But I know and you know that Mama taught us that God will and always make a way and will be with us. He has you know and I know that you will be with us everyday!! Tammy I know you knew without a doubt how much I loved you. I made you a promise when you were a little girl, that said when ever you reached out for me that I would be there, if ever you fell I would help you up. You made me feel like a Aunt superhero. Your faith in God inspired me. You had many struggles but you kept getting back up.Thank you for the gift of your last words to me minutes before you received your wings. you called for me 6 times I said TAMMY don't try to talk I'll be up there in a little bit, just rest. You said AUNTIE I love you. My last words to you were I LOVE YOU TO.

In celebrating the life of Tammy, I have many fond memories of my experiences with her. Tammy came into my life and immediately felt like a daughter to me. We had a lot of first for Tammy to include a family beach trip and cruise to the Bahamas. Tammy quickly became part of the family. She attended church with us, I'd take her to doctor's appointments and she always kept in touch even after she relocated to another city. Tammy was a very loving individual and will be deeply missed. Sleep in peace dear.
With deepest love and sympathy,
Mazelle Fordham of Dunn, NC.

To the family, I am deeply lost of words to say because there are truly no words of comfort. Tammy was like another sister to me for so long. Almost a year ago, she cruised on her first cruise with our family. We can hold on to the memories which will be cherished a lifetime. Sleep in peace dear Tammy. Say hello to daddy for me. Sending love from the Blaizes family.
